A Short Brief About Nagupalem

Parachur Mission, SFS School, was started in the year 1983. The missionary superior set apart their best personnel for their pioneering task, and sent Fr. VargeesePuthuparambil and Fr. Thomas Moonamackal to mission in Parachur and Karamchedu in the year 1983. When it was entrusted there was no school and parish church, later SFS high school was started in a small house and 1988 Fr. Joseph Karachera put up school building. SFS School was opened for the local children. Thereafter, Rev. Frs. Jose Marie, Lawrence, SesettyMariadas, John Vadakkamparambil, Raj Kumar etc. have worked hard to bring up the centre. At present, Frs. Mathew Mannukuzhumpil and D. Jaya Prakash are striving for the development of the Parish and the school.
